• If need be, we will send professional technicians to the field to investigate the actual situation and help measure specific dimensions for the consideration of accuracy, so as to facilitate to later installation requirements.
• We will gather technical information, engineering documents of related products, such as product technical parameters, site working photos and videos.
• Arrange consultation, quotation, ordering and confirmation of delivery period.

• After orders are made, we will provide customers with sales contracts, corresponding engineering drawings, cooling tower system operating manuals, etc.
• We will transport the ordered products safely and accurately and duly as required, making our best efforts to satisfy customer delivery requirements.
• Once the devices arrive for customers, we will send specialized technicians for site installation and commissioning to guarantee the cooling towers operate normally.

• You will be informed of the use instructions and attentions of the heat-rejection device. Besides, the product description and consideration are provided.
• Product warranty is one year except for some quick-wear part. Under warranty, if you have any need, we will communicate with you in time and then send after-sale technicians to the field for maintenance and repair for free.
• After the product expires the warranty period, we also offer some paid after-sale services for you. Only travelling expenses, labor charges for maintenance and repair are required.
